Weather of Dali
Dali has the most temperate climate in China. The average annual temperature stands at 15 degrees Celsius and it rarely snows, although the snowcaps on the Cangshan Mountain peaks never melt. Dali$$s diverse climatic types provide habitats for the 3,000 plant species that constitute a complete biological gene bank.
