Day 7  Lhasa (B,L)
Today's Activities:
Visit the Tibet Museum and Drepong Monastery, one of the most famous monasteries in Lhasa. In the afternoon, a visit to the local Tibetan family is a happy memory. Please prepare some gifts for this family visit, such as candy or chocolate for kids.

The Sera Monastery: The Sera Monastery lies on the northern edge of Lhasa at the base of Tatipu Hill. 'Sera' means 'merciful hail' denoting its rivalry with the 'Rice Heap' (Drepong) since hail destroys rice. Sera was smaller than Drepong with about 7,000 monks but was very rich and comparable in power.

Day 8  Lhasa (B)
Today's Activities:
Transfer to train station, take 36 hours train(soft sleeper) to Xian. Stay overnight on the train. Train No.: T 28 (leave Lhasa at 08h30, arrive Xian at 20h28 next day)

Day 9  Xian
Today's Activities:
Arrive at Xian at 20h28 in the evening. Pick up at Xian railway station and transferred to the hotel. Optional activities: The famous night market near Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter is quite near your hotel, highly recommend to walk around a little bit at night.

Visit the world famous terra cotta armies and other attractions in Xian.
Xian Bell TowerBuilt in 1384 A.D, the Bell Tower boasts a history of over 600 years. It is the largest and best-preserved of its kind in China. Visiting the Bell Tower, you can still see the Big Iron Bell which was made in Ming Dynasty, 2,500 kilograms in weight.
