Day 7  Xian (B,L)
Today's Activities:
Visit the Terracotta Warriors, Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Optional activities at night: Tang Dynasty Dinner Show. The best show in Xian is the show at the Tang Dynasty Theatre, it combines music and dance with exquisite traditional costumes in ancient times. Ask your tour guide and driver to wait the show finishs and take you back to your hotel. You need to pay for the ticket cost and extra hours of your tour guide and driver.
Xian Bell TowerBuilt in 1384 A.D, the Bell Tower boasts a history of over 600 years. It is the largest and best-preserved of its kind in China. Visiting the Bell Tower, you can still see the Big Iron Bell which was made in Ming Dynasty, 2,500 kilograms in weight.

Today's Activities:
In the moring, visit Panda Base in Chengdu. Drive 2 hours to Leshan,.we will transfer to have boat ride on MinJiang River to visit Giant Leshan Buddha. Enjoy the landscape of Chengdu Plain on the way. Afterwards we have the other half an hour drive to Mt. E'mei, visit the Nation Dedicating Temple (Baoguosi). Stay overnight in the hotel located at the foot of Mountain E'mei.

Day 10  Chengdu (B,L)
Today's Activities:
Take the cable car up to the Mountain E'mei to visit the Wannian Temple, which is a very well known ancient temple of Mt. Emei. After pay the visit to Wannian temple, you might either go down the mountain for 3 hours by foot, or take cable car. Later in the afternoon we will drive back to Chengdu.
Wannian TempleThe Wannian Temple of 10000 Years is the oldest surviving Emei Temple (reconstructed in the 9 th century). Its dedicated to the man on the white elephant, the Bodhisattva Puxian, who is the protector of the mountain.
Mount E'meiMT. Emei is about 160 kilometers southwest of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It extends for over a hundred kilometers and resembles the fine eyebrow of an ancient Chinese beauty from afar.

Visit a teahouse at night: The life in tea house is one of the most important entertainment for locals. Shufengyayun once was a teahouse, where permance of Sichuan opera, acrobatic show can be seen there. Day 11  Chengdu,Lhasa (B)
Today's Activities:
After breakfast, transferred to Chengdu airport for the morning flight to Lhasa. Be met at Lhasa airport by our English-speaking tour guide & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure to acclimatize yourself to the high latituder.

Today's Activities:
The rush hour of Potala Palace is 10am, so we highly recommend to register and visit it in the early morning, otherwise you might only see the crowd. Plenty time to stay around the Jokhang Monastery and the Barkhor Street in the afternoon. In fact, if you visit the Ramoche Monastery nearby, you will find more local tea houses, market and civilan houses. This is the local portion of Lhasa.
