| The highlight is the visit to the majestic Mutianyu Great Wall. You might choose to go up and down the mountain by foot (1 hour up), or by cable car. The extra cost of cable car (RMB 50 one way) will be at your own cost. |
| Sacred Way | This road was known as “shendao”, meaning "the way of the spirit". The body of the dead was carried across this route at funeral ceremonies. It is 7 kilometers long, starting at the Memorial Arch to the gate of the main tomb. | | Ming Tombs (Changling) | Between 1368 and 1644 the Ming Dynasty had 16 emperors, and thirteen of them were buried in Beijing. This is where the tombs got their names from.
