Pickup time and back to hotel time
Usually at 08h30 from your hotel lobby, the time back to the hotel is 17h30 usually.  If extra hour is requested, please tell us in advance.  We might charge for extra working hours, accordingly to labor law.

Tour Itinerary:
Picking up travelers from hotel on departure time and then drive to the Tiananmen Square- the largest square in the world. The heart of modern China beats in Tiananmen Square, the symbol of the People’s Republic of China and the center of Beijing’s landmarks. It will take about half hour to go around it.

Visit the Temple of Confucius in Beijing where people paid homage to Confucius during the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasty. Now the temple houses the Beijing Capital Museum.

Walk 10 minutes to the Lama Temple, a famous lamasery located in the northeastern part of the old city of Beijing. It used to be the living quarter for Qing Emperor Yongzheng when he was a prince. A huge standing Buddha (26 meters/86 feet high, carved out of one piece of Sandalwood tree) will be impress you a lot.

Before having lunch, travelers have 45 minutes to enjoy the Chinese traditional tea ceremony. China is known as the home town of tea. People throughout the country drink tea daily. The art of drinking and serving tea plays a major cultural role in China.

Have traditional Chinese lunch near Beijing Zoo.

Visit Beijing Zoo - where you can meet VIP -- very important panda! It looks like a bear but it is not a bear. It looks like a cat, but it is not a cat. Anatomically, it is more like a raccoon.

At last, driving the travelers back to their hotel.

Highlights today

TianAnMen Square - the symbolical heart of China and gathering place for the masses. It is the biggest public square in the world, which can hold one million people. Having a free walk there, imagining the great historic events of the 20th century took place there.

Temple of Confucius - it is the second largest Confucian Temple in China after the one in Confucius' hometown of Qufu. The complex includes four courtyards aligned along a central axis.

Lama Temple - northeast of downtown Beijing, is the most famous Tibetan Buddhist temple outside of Tibet and was visited by past Dalai and Panchen Lamas (as well as one current-day Chinese-appointed Panchen Lama).

Panda House - The busiest area of the Beijing Zoo is the famous Panda House, home to giant and lesser pandas of China.  Lakes and gardens abound in the zoo complex which is a weekend destination for families. During the week for school groups make the zoo a very busy place. If you have never seen a Panda don't miss the opportunity.
