| Our English speaking tour guide will hold a welcome sign and wait for you at Shanghai airport. Pickup and transferred to the hotel, leisure on your own for the rest of the day. Recommend you to take a walk alone on Nanjing Road, the most famous shopping street in Shanghai (optional).

| Eclipse Day! At 06h30, drive for 1 hour to the Sheshan astronomical observatory. The eclipse will start around 8:00. For the total highlight of 5 minutes Solar Eclipse, a special courtyard on the mountain summit has been reserved for us, arranged by the Sheshan astronomical observatory; The inspection tour to the astronomical observatory is highly appreciated. After the astronomical shocking, visit the famous Sheshan Marian Basilica. Free time after transfering back to Shanghai. (Special note: the deadline of signing up is March 30th, 2009. Earlier booking is highly appreciated!) |
