The first international dragon boat race on the Xin'anjiang River took place in Jiande, east China's Zhejiang Province on Saturday. The race was part of the 13th Tourism Festival on the river and drew 13 race teams from both home and abroad, including teams from both Australia and Russia. The teams competed in both 500-meter and 800-meter events.
