Musical Instrument Expo 2008 will be held in Guangzhou. Date: April 5-7, 2008, Venue: China Import and Export Fair, Pazhou Complex. The number of visitors in 2007 Guangzhou Expo has set a new record of 15580, with 3,662 professional visitors from music shops and distributors, and 1,280 students and teachers from music colleges.

The foreign visitors from 38 countries and regions came largely from Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Guangzhou Expo has become the first place for Southeast Asia buyers to select products. According to the statistics of foreign visitors, 48% are from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, 32% are Southeast Asia buyers and Occident take for 20%.
