The 11th Shanghai International Film Festival will be held June 14th (Saturday) to June 22nd (Sunday), 2008.
The Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) is the unique of its kind and one of the world’s most promising film festivals. It has been getting involved by world’s famous filmmakers, film stars and tycoons in film industry from home and abroad. A fabulous opening ceremony and ceremonious closing ceremony will stage in Shanghai Grand Theatre. The film festival’s main sections include Jin Jue Award International Film Competition, Film Market, China Film Pitch and Catch (CFPC), International Film Panorama, Film Forum, Asia New Talent Award Competition, etc.

Calling for entries has started globally and other programs are under work as well.

It's time to sign up for 11th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), which will be held June 14-22.

Sections of the 11th SIFF screens include Jin Jue Award, Asian New Talent Award, International Film Panorama, Retrospective and other special ones.

It's the second time for SIFF to accept online film application since its first trial in 2007.
