Hainan International Coconut Festival

Time: during March 3 every lunar year

Location: Hainan province Haikou City, Wenchang County, Tongshi City, Sanya City.

Resource: coconut tree are the simple of Hainan Island, and people call it "Coconut Island". In order to show the development of Hainan, government is holding the festival every year to promote development of Hainan.

Activities: coconut lanterns meeting, coconut street, Li and Miao ethical dance, International dragon boat competition, Chinese Wushu competition, and Li ethical wedding, etc.
