Consultants in China
In our office in Guilin, 10 staffs works there, and
15 more people work as tour guides, more as experienced
drivers; In our office in Guangzhou, over 20 staffs
works there...
In Guilin office, There are 4 online travel consultants, every
consultant tailors 6-10 NEW itineraries for
our clients per day, answers dozens of queries for existing
reservations...Usually only 40% of our clients will
reply our first quotation by email, and 10-20 % of the
total enquiries will become successful business, the
average amount of email for each successful
booking is 8.8 in 2005...We are very busy
in April and October, when Canton
Trade Fair is held in Guangzhou, because there
are many clients ask for a trip before or after the
Fair. Glad to tell you that we are also
one of the biggest
hotel suppliers during the fair.
So please be free to ask any question you might have. In
fact, many of our clients have become our friends after
their China trip, even after they do not book through
us eventually. Because we know that sometimes overseas
agents can arrange better insurance and discount
international airline tickets for them, and we can only
issue airline tickets from China. We always encourage
everyone to print our contact information before they
star their trip, and contact us in case of emergency
in China. Because we are local, know how to handle
difficult situation with local authority in this kind
of condition, and people trust us! We are
very glad that people want to visit my homeland
of China, the more people come, the less opportunity
for Communist China to be misunderstood to the outside

We enjoy our job so much, because we are civilian
diplomats while at the same time we are making
history in our daily routine work, so many visitors
told us that their China trip is a life-time opportunity... Sometimes

through a single booking.
