Pick up

From the airport
Our local representative (driver or tour guide) will wait for you at the exit of the arrival hall (international arrival or domestic arrival subject to your flight), holding a sign with your full name printing on it, and take you to the airport.

Before you start your trip, please remember to print the “Tour/Hotel Confirmation Voucher” and the “Contact List ” which we have sent to you by email. To avaid any mistake that might happen by airport pickup, please display the Confirmation Voucher to our local representative.

In case when you do not see any of our representative at the airport, please kindly dial the number shown on the Contact List for help

To be frank, we made mistake before. One of our clients telephoned us from the airport to complain that noboday pick him up, we eventually found out that our driver had picked up the wrong person who has the same name !

That is why we ask our passengers to display Confirmation Voucher.

From the Hotel
Many passengers find our pamphlet at the hotels in Beijing for JOIN-IN TOURS, and telephone us to reserve the package. In this condition, our reservation staff will ask you to tell us your guest room number and full name. You will be informed for the place and time for pickup. For instance:

Pickup Place: Hotel lobby
Pickup Time: 8:00 am

In case our tour guide does not find you in lobby, he/she will search for you at the restaurants where you might has not finished your breakfast, at front desk where you might still stand in line for your bill when there are many people checking out…Do not worry, we will find you !

Why book a SIC tour
