Lucy especially enjoys being around kids, and is an enthusiastic nature lover. Involved with the travel industry for the better part of a decade, Lucy has executed countless programs in many different areas of China, in particular the Miao and Zhuang Villages of Guangxi and the province of Guizhou.

As a native of Guilin, Lucy has deep understanding of Guangxi Province's innate richness and natural beauty. Born in 1979, Lucy graduated from Guangxi Normal University with a degree in English. Immediately upon graduation, she started working as a receptionist in Fubo Hotel, Guilin.

In addition to her native tongue, Lucy is fluent in English and Cantonese. By nature she is a problem solver and very detail oriented, and is always open to accommodating client requests. Her group members rave about her responsiveness and ability to direct itinerary changes on the fly. Lucy provides her group members with detailed information only a local would know.

Lucy often takes small hiking groups out to local villages, making home visits to small, out of the way Chinese minority villages. She enjoys conversing with her group members and oftentimes develops very strong interpersonal bonds. Always outgoing, enthusiastic, and creative, there is rarely a client Lucy does not connect with.

She has experience working with many VIP clients, with service standards rivaling those of even the most demanding. Full of interesting tidbits of information and entertaining anecdotes, she is always willing to share her extensive knowledge with clients.
