Jeff's Profile:
Graduated from China Tourism University (Formerly known as Beijing 2nd Foreign Language University) in 1988 and since then has been working as an English-speaking guide for over 16 years.
During the past few years, I took part in the jobs for international conferences such as APPCED ( Asian-Pacific Parliamentarians Conference on Environment and Development, in 1998 ), ATF ( Asian Tourism Forum, in 2002 ), and the Regional Seminar of WTO ( in 2003 ). I participated in the reception, interpretation and organization as a coordinator, interpreter or organizer. After doing so, I find myself more experienced in dealing with troubles, better in undertaking team work, and as the benefit, more welcome by friends around.
Visitors come to China for sightseeing, and you are meanwhile my teachers. I like your stories; I feel interested in your culture background. You enrich my awareness and my language gets improved. I also like your questions. It would be my greatest pleasure if my knowledge about my motherland could help you better understand China and its people.
